Led by Tennessee Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD), Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Clinical Supervisor Remington Vandergriff, Bonafide Therapeutic Alliance is a purpose-driven private practice emphasizing evidence-based care grounded in a strong therapeutic alliance – the core driver of client change and growth.

What We Offer:

• Individual Psychotherapy:
  Evidence-based, client-centered therapy tailored to adult individuals, with special emphasis on men’s mental health and Veteran issues. Sliding scale options are available, and select insurances are accepted.
• Flex Space In-Person Group Services:
  Although focused on flexible remote therapy serving clients in TN, NM, NC, SC, FL, VT, and ID there are plans for running in-person groups in the Bonafide Wellness Collective Flex Space.
• LCSW Supervision & Case Consultation:
  Supervision rooted in competency, alliance, and sustainable practice, plus expert case consultation for clinicians, teams, and agencies.
• Organizational Training & Community Collaboration:
  Custom trainings and partnership opportunities with local wellness businesses and nonprofits to strengthen community well-being.
• Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) & Psychological First Aid (PFA):
  On-site and consultative support following critical incidents (e.g., line-of-duty deaths, suicides, accidents, mass casualty events), focused on stabilization, risk reduction, and short-term functional recovery for individuals, teams, and organizations.
• Author & Educational Resources:
  Author of psychoeducational books, workbooks, and therapeutic journals designed to support coping skills development, emotional regulation, and mental health literacy for both clients and professionals intended to supplement, not replace, clinical care and professional mental health services.
